Poly Tape Electric Fence 1.5 Inch

Powerfields Safe-Fence Polytape is premium 1 1/2 inch electric fencing. The polytape combines UV-treated white polyethylene monofilament and stainless steel electrical conductors for higher visibility and less chance of injury to animals than steel fence wire or traditional permanent fencing. It is made up of 15 strands of 12-millimeter stainless steel wire for break strength that is designed to reduce serious injury. UV treatment ensures the 1 ½ inch poly tape won’t break down like other poly coated fencing.

With a breaking strength of 750 lbs., Powerfields Polytape is stronger than most wood and wire products. Unlike traditional steel wire electric fencing, polytape electric fence does not slice through skin as it has an increased surface area. The increased surface area also increases the visibility of the tape, reducing the potential for accidents. The Safe-Fence electric system is a safer alternative to an electric wire fence, adding increased visibility and strength for horses and livestock. Easily install on existing wood fence posts or metal t-posts using the Safe-Fence post sleeves or with Safe-Fence insulators. Retighten any stretched polytape electric fence with a tensioner and repair any torn webbing with stainless steel splices that join the rolls.

The Safe-Fence system is ideal for permanent or temporary enclosures. Only for use with low impedance fence chargers.
